A warning to be careful, similar to 'watch out' or 'be careful' in English.
¡Aguas con ese perro, muerde!
Watch out for that dog, it bites!
Aguas con el piso, está resbaloso.
Watch out, the floor is slippery.
¡Aguas! Casi te pegas con la puerta.
Watch out! You almost hit the door.
